How to properly care/ burn my candle?
Burn for at least 2 hours to achieve a full melt pool to prevent tunnelling in long run.
Trim your wick 3-5mm before each use.
Do not burn for more than 4 hours each time.
Time for a new candle! Discontinue use of candle when there's 1.5cm wax left.

To get the most out of your candle and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, here are some candle care instructions:
- Trim the Wick: Before lighting the candle, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch(6mm) to prevent excessive smoke and soot. Trimming the wick also helps the candle burn evenly.
- First Burn: Allow the candle to burn long enough for the entire surface to melt into liquid wax. This helps prevent tunneling and ensures an even burn throughout the candle's life.
- Keep Away from Drafts: Avoid placing the candle in drafts ares as it can cause uneven burning and shorten the candle's lifespan.
- Burn in Intervals: For long-lasting enjoyment, avoid burning the candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Let it cool and solidify before relighting.
- Extinguish Properly: Use a candle snuffer or gently blow out the flame to avoid splattering hot wax. Do not use water to extinguish the candle.
- Keep the Wax Pool Clean: Remove any debris or wick trimmings from the melted wax to prevent potential fire hazards.
- Safe Placement: Always place the candle on a heat resistant surface, away from flammable materials, and keep it out of reach of pets and children.
- Storage: Store candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain their color and fragrance.
- Caution: Never leave a burning candle unattended and avoid moving a lit candle. Let the Candle cool down before moving or touching the candle to prevent burns.
We know they are beautiful to look at, and smells so good, but please DO NOT eat it. Our candles are made of natural wax and non-toxic fragrance oil, but consumption of candle wax and fragrance oil will make you ill and need medical attention. If your love ones’ accidentally swallow the candle please get medical help and advise from medical professionals. Wipe mouth with clean towel and rinse out the mouth. Giving a servicing of water to drink. DO NOT induce vomiting unless advised by medical professionals.
How to keep my wood wick from flame off?
There is a high chance that the wood wick is too long or too short. Make sure the wick is 3-5mm before every burn.
Why there’s a wood wick option available?
We hope to offer a range of product options for you. Wood wick burns clean, sustainable and soothing as it has crackling sound like a fire place in the background. If you are not a fan of wood wick, our candle comes with ECO-wick by default. Our ECO candle wick is lead and zinc-free, and flat cotton wick interwoven with brown paper threads. It provides a clean burn with minimal maintenance due to its self trimming characteristics that reduces mushrooming, soot, and smoke.
What is the candles made of?
All our candles are made from natural wax, mainly beewax, soywax and palm wax. Our waxes, fragrance oils, and wicks are carefully sourced and picked by us to ensure your sensory journey leave you feeling refreshed, invigorated, and non-toxic.
Why my candle is tunnelling?
Tunneling in candle occurs when you diminish the flame before it's optimal time. Make sure to achieve a full melt pool at every burn before put out the flame. If your candle has tunnelled, click here to see how you can solve the issue.
Why is my candle surface uneven?
Uneven wax surface is very common in natural wax. No worry, it does not affect the burn.
Why does my wood wick flickering/ dwindling?
Some wicks can take a few attempt to get started, especially wood wick. Relight a few time and it should burn well.

Can I use other brand’s fragrance oil/ essential oil on the plaster diffuser?

Our diffuser stones are crafted from porous plaster, allowing them to effectively absorb and disperse the fragrance throughout your environment. This unique feature enhances your aroma experience, making your space truly your own.
Can I spray perfume on the diffuser.
Yes, spraying perfume on plaster diffuser can be done, but there are important considerations to keep in mind:
Apply a small amount of perfume to the plaster diffuser. A little goes a long way, and you can always add more if needed.
Similar to oils, discolouration may occur depending on the perfume. We recommend to spray the perfume at the back of the diffuser or at place where it is less noticeable.
Some of the plaster diffuser are hand-painted and their color may wear off over time due to exposure to oils and perfumes. We advice to drip fragrance oil, essential oil, or perfume on the recommended side in the description of the product.
How long does the scent of the diffuser last?
Scent of the diffuser will fade after times, simply drop 2 to 3 drops of fragrance oil, essential oil or sprites your favourite perfume when you find the scent is lighter or gone.
Where can I place the diffuser?
You can place it where you like. The scent of the diffuser is light hence it is ideal for small space.
What is scent diffuser made of?
It is made of natural plaster powder. natural plaster is eco-friendly, toxic free and biodegradable.
Why does my diffuser discoloured after I add on the fragrance oil, essential oil or perfume?
Some oils has colour hence it will stain the diffuser. We recommend to drip the fragrance/ essential oil at the back of the diffuser.
Scent diffuser may discoloured over time due to dirts and oils that added to it.

Can I add to my orders?
All sales are final, we do not accept adding on to your submitted orders. You could make a new purchase.
Can I cancel my orders?
All products are made to order, we may not be able to accept your request to cancel the order.
Do you ship internationally?
Thank you for loving our products just as much as we love creating them. At the time being, we only accept orders locally. We will open up to more country when there're sufficient demand. Follow us on our social media to get more updates.
Do you offer exchange/ return?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept used products. We could replace your damaged item due to shipment, please contact us at info@floretcandle.co with proof of damage.

Do you do custom/ bulk order?
Yes, we accept custom/bulk order 1 month prior to the expected delivery date. Bulk order takes about 2 to 3 weeks to clear depending on the availability of our material.
*full payment needed to be made during confirmation of bulk order. Payment is not refundable due to the nature of our product.
How long does it take to receive my orders?

To ensure the freshness of our products, all products are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production.

Expedited shipping option is available for customer who may need their order sooner with additional charges.
There may be potential delays during festive seasons and unforeseen circumstances such as our courier provider is experiencing surge in demand.
I can't find my order/ tracking confirmation email. What should I do?
Confirmation email will be sent after you have placed you order. Email containing your order's tracking number will be sent after we handover your order to the selected courier service. I forgot to use my discount code, can I request to apply it to my existing order?
